| 'Billy' comes from a combination of two of the great kennels in the world (the Canadian 'Raffles' & the American 'To-Jo') and I have Ann Cassidy in Queensland to thank for sharing with me this special dog. Only one of two from the litter I took Billy and Ann kept the litter brother Ben. Right from when he first came to Tasmania he was something special and soon won the hearts of many. He has had a wonderful show career both here and in Queensland. In fact Ann showed him to both his Australian and Grand championship with many great Best in Group & Runner Up in Show wins wins along the way. During his time in Tasmania both myself and Daniel have shown him to multi Allbreeds Best in Show/Runner Up Best in Show awards. Billy is also a Royal Class in Show winner along with being a Runner Up at the Contest of Champions one year. He also was awarded a Specialty Class win in Victoria. He has excelled as a sire with offspring from his litters being awarded Royal Best in Group, Reserve Challenge Bitch & Class in Show at the OES National in SA in 2003, Minor Puppy in Show at SA National 2008,Specialty Challenge Bitch & Speciality Class in Show awards as well as many other all breeds class in group and in show awards. Billy has the most intelligent nature and loves to please and definitely has a special bond with Daniel. He loves to go the the shows even though he is now clipped off into a puppy trim. In fact he still looks good enough to show and ceratinly moves like he still owns the showring |
